Lok Sabha Speaker was Om Birla and despite his major efforts to slow down the uproar all the opposition leaders became aggressive and he had to adjourn Lok Sabha until 2 pm. Sloganeering and waving of Placards were done, hence, demanding the sacking of Union Minister Ajay Mishra, Members of the Lok sabha trooped into the slogans raised that time. The situation was almost uncontrollable.

Loud voices were heard on the streets of Lucknow as well to remove Ajay Mishra Teni, congress was seen opposing Ajay Mishra Teni and sloganeering to dismiss him in connection with the Lakhimpur Kheri violence done against farmers and Journalists.
“Teni must be removed,” said mallikarjuna, senior congress leader.
Shiv Sena was also not backstepped to plea for the resignation of Ajay Mishra Teni.
“Even the SIT conspiracy report is clear now,” said Sanjay Rawat, Shiv Sena MP. In addition to this, he said, “If prime Minister didn’t do this then his bathe in Ganga failed”
“Teni should be dismissed and these types of ministers must be imprisoned” stated Sanjay Singh, Member of Parliament.
“Our attitude on the suspension of the Teni is very much clear,” said Pralhad Joshi, minister of Parliamentary Affairs of India.
Dereck O’Brien felt Ajay Mishra Teni is now in an untenable position as the opposition have stepped up to dismiss Teni in Lakhimpur violence case, and also called on the government to “Sack MOS Home”

However, “Ajay Mishra Teni’s resignation depends upon the investigation of the supreme court” asserted, PM Narendra Modi. Therefore, the culmination of the violence in Lakhimpur Kheri plus the hearing of the sloganeering by various ministers is yet to be declared.
