Saudi Arabia govt bans Tablighi Jamaat

Saudi Arabia govt has banned the Tablighi Jamaat calling it one of the gates of terrorism.

• The Saudi Islamic Affairs Ministry has directed the mosques to warn people during the Friday sermons against the Tablighi Jamaat.

• Govt has also warned people against associating with the Tablighi Jamaat which has been banned in Saudi Arabia.

• The Saudi govt also asked mosques to inform people about the danger that Tablighi Jamaat poses to society.
